Coconut Cashew Rice Krispy Treats

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (10 oz., about 40) marshmallows
1 cup Handsome Carver’s Coconut Cashew Butter
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
DIRECTIONS
In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cashew butter until melted.
Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.
Made with organic raw cashews and just enough coconut to make this the best nut butter to go with your apple. A pinch of coconut sugar gives it a hint of sweetness to bring out the coconut flavor.
